The benefit of hydrolyzed whey protein is that the absorption power is increased thanks to the smaller size, so this can immediately enter the blood stream and thus offer faster results. On the other hand though, the extra processing that is required in order to create hydrolyzed whey protein will most of the time destroy the health promoting substances, so hydrolyzed whey protein can be used mostly for extra muscle gain without receiving any other type of benefit from them.
In conclusion, whey protein powders are a great addition to your dietary habits and they can prove to be a very useful supplement in this regard. They are easy to digest and process by our body and their results can last for a very long time as long as we work out!
