GROCERY SHOPPING

so I'm going grocery shopping on Friday.  typically I go to Aldis, they have fresh stuff and low prices.  

I'm normally really good at grocery shopping.  my fridge becomes piled with fresh vegetables and fruit.  but then I fail when it comes to utilizing the groceries :(  

I'm too reliant on pepperjax- which is the easiest thing for me to go to nowadays.

Groceries Online

2 weeks ago I managed to trigger an old sports knee injury while I was up to no good. 

This made movement very difficult. Which meant I had to depend on people for almost everything. The catch - I live alone. On the 2nd floor. Without a lift. 

Which means I was under house arrest for a while.

After a point, I had exhausted the cash I had at home and the food. How do I get the food to me and pay for it without having to go to an ATM? 

Online shopping!

I found Big Basket dot com. I was skeptical of the quality of fresh foods I would receive but was really impressed when my order arrived the next day. Even the curry leaves were grade A, better than what I would get at any supermarket.

went grocery shopping!

one last week before i head back home for a few days, so i went grocery shopping grudgingly, because i dont want to waste any food. but that was silly because 1) i need to eat and 2) i got such great stuff!

chicken, salmon, greek yogurt, almond milk, sprouted grain bread, eggs, romaine, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, blueberries, hummus, shredded coconut, peanut butter, grapefruit, frozen mixed veggies, frozen mixed berries, zucchini, and sweet potatoes!

things like groceries making lists mundane rituals make me want to die there's something devastatingly hollow in their constant existence bread, milk, cheese, baby wipes, laundry detergent, eggs, gas, cereal, something's always out there's always more to be done and it's wearing me down.
