The gods are good. Sometimes they give you blessings you don’t expect. They are there in life everywhere if you know where to look. They are in the clouds of the sky. They are in the dirt of the earth. They are in the modern life; on the roads and in the airport and in the streets and the mountains and the arcades. They are everywhere.

New statue of Aphrodite discovered in Turkey. People thought it was originally meant for a nymph. It was found this year around February. Greek art is so beautiful.

I find it really admirable how detailed Greek art is and how they can last this long in such beautiful condition. I hope one day, if it wasn't burnt like some theories say it was, the real Athena Parthenos is found. Just to see something that old in beautiful condition would be amazing.

What’s that saying? We are the Universe experiencing itself. Well, these Artemis II astronauts are out there experiencing the universe on an entirely different level.

I’ll admit, I had this idea and I did not eat or sleep or move until it was done. It was just one of those things that you need to get out or it’ll stay a sketch forever. I changed up my style a bit for this one too, utilizing some of the more artsy procreate brushes I have never touched in my entire life as an iPad artist.

The sun has not come and yet I'm awake

Decided to start leaving offerings to Hestia. I got her a cute little pot with some flowers and my daily offering is keeping the plant alive to liven up my home. I knew I'd get overwhelmed offering to 4 gods but I still really wanted to work with her as I've been feeling drawn toward her for a while now. When I put the pot on my altar and explained to her what I was doing I felt this rush of warm, kind, happy energy, so I think she likes the idea too!
