Let me explain this picture...... just how I see it.
There is Sakusa. He is lying on the floor, likely worn out and tired after the game. (We were shown only Hinata & Kageyama related moments (with a bit of monster generation highlights), because they’re main characters, but you realize that everyone else on the court worked no less harder?) Maybe Sakusa is doing some lazy stretches, though I doubt that. He’s lying with his Face on the floor, he’s really really tired (easily doing a middle split ?)
Hinata is sitting next to him. He is not stretching, look at his posture: relaxed, with his legs crossed in front of him, elbows on his knees. He abruptly turned his head to look at Romero. That means he was looking at Sakusa and likely talking to him before Romero interrupted them.
This panel is really important because it shows that we don’t know a Thing about msby, about Hinata’s home team. Just how close are they really to each other? See, Hinata did not immediately leave to chat with ex-Karasuno, or Adlers, or Izumi & Kouji. After the game he stayed with his team, watched how Sakusa probably plopped down to the floor, sat next to him and talked to him. One of following panels shows that Atsumu is also there, and he’s worried about Kuroo tricking Hinata into some spivvery, he expresses his concern to Sakusa (!) and they agree on not liking Kuroo.
They are precious,,,, and we don’t get to know anything about them because the manga is ending and Furudate focuses on the protagonists,,,
Fanon Sakusa: *sprays sanitizer at everyone within arm reach* Stay away from me! Touch me with your sweaty hands and I’m boiling you in holy water
Canon Sakusa: *lays on the floor, exhausted, subtly tucking his head under Hinata’s palm* Hinata-kun do you think they have good showers in our hotel rooms in Sendai?
Hinata, diving to his knees to comfort him: I’m sure coach Sam-san took that into consideration! They definitely have the best showers in Miyagi!! Think we could watch kitchen nightmares together again?
Atsumu, turning away from Osamu for a sec with an unholy screech: wHerE’s tHE lamB SAAUUUUUCE
