H.H. Indradyumna Swami - Nrsimha Prayers (LIVE at Sri Sri Radha Madhana Mohan Mandir 3.1.09)
Darshan
One should meditate on Lord Nrsimha, Lord of the universe, seated upon a golden throne.
His mouth is wide open, He has three eyes, and He is as radiant as the autumn moon. He is embraced by Laksmidevi on his left side, and His form is the shelter of all opulences, both material and spiritual.
The Lord has four arms, and His limbs are very soft. He is decorated with golden earrings. His chest is resplendent like the lotus flower, and His arms are decorated with jewel-studded ornaments.
He is dressed in a spotless yellow garment, which exactly resembles molten gold. He is the original cause of existence, beyond the mundane sphere, for the great demigods headed by Indra. He appears bedecked with rubies which are blazingly effulgent.
His two feet are very attractive, and He is armed with various weapons such as the conch, disc, etc. Garuda joyfully offers prayers with great reverence.

It is said that Lord Hanuman always visits in some shape or form whenever/wherever a Ram Katha is being preached. This just an example of what happened in Ratlam India during a Ram Katha. The monkey comes and blessed the pundits and ate some prasad front of Lord Ramas picture and went his way. Jai Sita Ram. Bhajelo-Ji Hanuman!
The material world is perceived as a place of suffering although material happiness is there, it is temporary and limited and accordingly is never fully satisfying.
And there is ever present the 4 absolutes of suffering:
(1) birth (2) death (3) old age (4) disease.
Combined with this is the misery and suffering caused by the constant harassment of the 3 fold miseries:
(1) adhyatmic – suffering of the mind & body (2) adhydaivic – miseries caused by material nature (3) adhybaultic – suffering caused by other living entities
The singing of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Gosvami Prabhupada is pure devotional music in praise of Krsna – Meditation, Srila Prabhupada explains, is not inactive, impersonal or void. Meditation is the awakening of the soul’s eternal relationship with the Supreme Person, Krsna. One who has experienced such an awakening cannot stop meditating on Krsna even for a moment, just as a young boy who has fallen in love with a young girl cannot stop thinking of her at any time. One can sing for Krsna, dance for Krsna, cook for Krsna, think for Krsna, work for Krsna or even fight for Krsna. In this way doing everything for Krsna, in the end one returns to Krsna.
By Hearing the spiritual sound vibrations of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Gosvami Prabhupada, the listener is immediately elevated to the platform of Krsna meditation which brings supreme peace and bliss within the heart.
