This young injured street bull showed up at our temple's back gate 5 days ago. Apparently he had broken his front leg just above the hoof, but some good soul had treated him and released him.

When he arrived he still had some cloth from the cast hanging loosely around his leg, and you can see the scars of where the bone had broken and healed. He still can't walk properly and has a very steep limp with each step.

He was very scared of us at first, but I managed to lure him inside and feed him wheat bran powder, and later some corn grass silage. After that he has come every single day for the last five days and sometimes sleeps inside in the night. He is still very scared of people but understands this is a safe place to come. Whenever he comes we give him his food alone in a corner and then leave him be so he feels safe.

Hopefully his leg will strengthen with time and he will be able to walk like normal, but I don't really know what will happen.

Its really strange how injured animals always show up at our temple's back gate, which is not a main road and is not easy to find. We have never seen this bull in our area before. He shouldn't know anything about our temple or that he will be fed and cared for here. But somehow, again and again, injured animals arrive at our back gate with no explanation how. And always, once they arrive, they never leave.

It is my belief that Lord Krishna as paramatma in the heart communicates to these animals and tells them where to come for treatment and care.

I feel like I'm way too active these days. But I'm bored while doing other work (read: procrastinating 💀). So does anyone have anything to share or something fun?
