Slips in to visit. Hasn't seen Heba in a few days.

Heba was passed out on the couch, exhausted from events.

 Heba grinned and dragged the boy up onto the couch and on top of him. Cuddling Yuugi tightly, Heba nuzzled the top of his head before placing a kiss to his forehead. “It’s alright. I missed you to.”

Yuugi made no protest at the change in positions, even if he had to pull the Puzzle off along the way to get as close as he wanted to. The older male smiled, tucking his face into Heba’s shoulder. “You smell good.”

Heba laughed at the words and nuzzled his head against Yuugi again. He just couldn’t get enough of this male. “Hm I did shower today, that tends to help.” He joked, placing a kiss to Yuugi’s neck, sucking it slightly and letting his tongue dance along it before pulling back. “I love you.”

The sound Yuugi made at the kiss was somewhere between a moan and a sigh, and he flushed visibly. Trust Heba to know his weak spots. Still, Yuugi smiled, leaning up to kiss him in return. "I love you, too," he said quietly, tracing Heba's collar bone with his fingers. "I'm really glad you were home this time."

 The teens eyes softened and he leaned over the other. Looking to his eyes briefly he grinned at him before leaning down completely and pressing his lips against Yuugi’s. And upside down kiss was something Heba had no practice in but it was electrifying. Moving his lips against the others he kissed him softly before breaking it. “It’s fine.”

Yuugi almost laughed into the kiss; he hadn’t expected that, but the odd angle was well worth it. He did turn when Heba drew away, though, opting to hug him properly this time. “I’m sorry I didn’t call ahead,” Yuugi murmured, “I missed you.”

 Hearing the whispered words, Heba’s eyes fought there way open, sleepily looking down to the male in front of him. Or more like below him now. “Y-Yuu-?” He mumbled out, yawning again.

"Aa, it’s me," Yuugi said quickly, leaning his head back against the couch to get a better view of the other male. He smiled apologetically, squeezing his shoulder. "I didn’t mean to wake you up."

 Heba mumbled something incoherently in his sleep and shuffled closer to Yuugi, the other arm leaving to wrap around his neck. Leaning over the couch the male buried his face in Yuugi’s hair and nuzzled him. Such a good teddy bear he made.

Well, he wouldn’t be going anywhere for a while now. Yuugi couldn’t help smiling a little at his predicament, idly rubbing Heba’s shoulder with one hand. “Love you, Heba-kun,” he whispered, returning the nuzzle affectionately.

Heba wasn’t one to sleep during the day or when others could watch him, but this time he was just so tired he couldn’t help but lay down and pass out in the comfort of the couch.

Nuzzling his head against the pillows, a content sigh escaped him as one hand rolled off the couch and landed on the males should. Mindlessly wrapping around his neck, Heba gently tugged the male closer as if trying to use him as a teddy bear to cuddle with.

The half-embrace startled Yuugi—who was sure Heba would find him out if he moved—and he froze, though briefly. “Heba-kun…?” he whispered, turning a little to face him better. Hesitantly, he reached up to lay a hand on the other’s shoulder.

There was a letter left for Yuugi on the kitchen counter attached to a bouquet of several purple roses.

Yuugi hadn't meant to sleep late, but he supposed that was an inevitable part of recovering from being in the hospital. Still, he was sad to see that Heba had already left for the day when he finally did get up--

Until he found the bouquet and note in the kitchen.

Yuugi couldn't help smiling at that. He had suits--between the ridiculous functions Kaiba called him to, and Pegasus' occasional visits to Domino, he couldn't get away with not having them. But the offer was sweet, and he couldn't wait to see what Heba had planned.

He waited until closer to dinner time to go home and change--a day at home with the pups wasn't bad at all, and the rest was a good breather. It was a struggle to keep them off of his suit on his return, but Yuugi didn't much mind; it was only dog hair.

Surprise snuggles! And pets his hair. "Missed you."

Heba blinked and looked up to the male. “Yuugi. Where were you?”

Heba blushed at the quick action the other did and moved his arms to lock around Yuugi’s waist, yanking the older into his lap. “I named the pups. The dark brown Siberian is Annabel and the light tan one is Isis. After Priests Isis and her incantation Ishizu.”

Yuugi settled to sit in his lap, hugging him around the shoulders lightly. “I like their names,” he said, threading his fingers through Heba’s hair.

Heba hummed contently, leaning into the touch. “Hm? Thank you. I liked them to and they. Clearly like you.”

Yuugi smiled, continuing his ministrations idly. It was so nice to be able to just hold Heba, after not seeing him for even a day's time. "I'm glad they do. I don't have a lot of experience with animals," he admitted. Honda was the only one of his friends who had ever really owned a dog, after all.

"Mama had a fit when she heard I’d been in the hospital," Yuugi sighed, nuzzling his shoulder. "She decided to keep my through dinner, since I’m never around."

"Ah I see." He answered, turning his head and planting a kiss on Yuugi’s cheek. "Call next time though?"

"I will. ‘M sorry I was gone," Yuugi said, turning his head to catch his lips in a gentle kiss. "Did I miss anything…?"

Heba looked up to him and wrapped his arms around the small males form. Yanking him down into the bed he buried his face in the others chest. “Don’t leave me alone. Please?”

It took Yuugi a moment to situate himself, but he managed to get under the blankets and around the puppies, never breaking Heba's embrace. "I won't go anywhere," he assured him, drawing him close and pressing a kiss into his hair. "I love you."

"I’m done for today… I’m going to bed." He yanked the blanket over his head, pups curled up around him and snoozing softly. "Someone should sleep over and… Just sleep here with me….." ,

Heba nodded his head slowly, a frown on his face. "I'm sorry Yuugi, I wish I could help." Turning slowly he tugged the other into his lap, wrapping his arms around his waist and hugging him like a teddy bear, head buried in his hair.

"Seeing you helps," Yuugi assured him, settling into his lap and pulling him close. "I really wanted to call, but they wouldn't let me out of my room until yesterday... And my phone wasn't cooperating."

Yuugi settled his arms around him, leaning in close. “What’s wrong, Heba…?”

Heba blinked and looked up in shock to the male. “Y-You were in the h-hospital…”

The older male managed a tired smile, then leaned in to nuzzle his cheek. “It was just for a few days. They ran a lot of tests,” he explained, hugging him tightly. “I’m okay. A little banged up, but that’s it.”

Heba moved to wrap his arms around the other, nuzzling him lovingly. “I’m glad. What was wrong with you?” He questioned, brows furrowing. “Are you on any meds?”

Yuugi was quiet for a moment, then shook his head. "They still don't know. There's nothing wrong with my blood work, and if they're seizures, they're not causing brain damage. It's the same attacks as before," he said quietly, hugging Heba tightly.
