hiiii how are you two? how’s the wedding planning going?

hii! we’re doing well, still very much in love with each other and just celebrated our 2 year anniversary 💕

the wedding planning is just loose plans at the moment, like dates and vibes on a pinterest board, but nothing booked or set in stone. we both knew we wanted a long(ish) engagement so we aren’t running to the courthouse quite yet! our main focus is saving for/planning our move to the UK next year when my visa for Australia runs out

sorry i’ve not really been active on tumblr, i’ve been busy being an adult unfortunately. whoever said that it takes a ridiculous amount of energy to have a tidy house and a mid physique was right because if im not asleep or at work, im at the gym or doing housework. it never ends!

i think it’s too soon to say but the more we talk and learn about each other the more i’m like oh yeah i could marry this girl (bit intense but i’ve never been one to do things in halves). and this is the first time i’ve ever had that thought this strong and this early 🫠

like i don’t wanna sit here and gush over her and give her an ego but she’s so sweet and kind and understanding but also silly and funny and just the most adorable. we have a lot in common (like scarily sometimes lol). idk i would love to see things go further but we only started talking properly at the end of last month/beginning of this month so there’s no rush.

at the end of the day, she’s special to me and even if it goes nowhere, i’m thankful for the time and memories we’ll have together 🫶

we are so well thank you!! i think it took about a month after leaving that first time for them to book a permanent flight back and we’ve been living together for almost a year
