hello everyone

just wanted to share that i have been struggling with my mental health for a while (but especially since the summer)

so much so that we actually went to visit a clinic that i would have been staying in for a couple of months and getting help

i decided against it and have joined the waiting list for the day clinic (i want to be able to see hannah and the cats every day!!)

we are working towards getting better!

but i wanted to share because if anyone else is struggling, you are not alone.

i went to a day clinic for 6 weeks, doubled my med dosage and i am doing so much better :)
