On wednesday the author Kieth O'Brien came to my school to talk about his book “Fly Girls” which is about five amazing women aviators in the 1930s the presentation was great, and at the end he brought out guest Bonnie Tiburzi. Who is, by the way, the first female airline pilot in 1973. Well, the first that actually flew instead of being a poster child. She spoke about the prejudice and being a flight instructor that was kept to the side by the other men. At the end, we all got a copy of the book and were able to get them signed! Speaking to her was incredibly motivating and such a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to read this book! (which is now my most prized possession)

When is a good time to tell your mom that you want her to take you to see a therapist? We are the kind of family who is cheap and who always try to solve our own problems. How can I tell her that I need to be able to tell someone things that I can't talk to her about ?

By the way I am 15 and the second oldest of 6 kids, so we are really busy. And, I only want my mom to know.
