I really wish the paycheck community would think about the concept of Elliot being Chance’s first introduction to true, unconditional love.

Chance, to me, is a character who’s always been in a place where he’s the one being crushed; having controlling and overprotective parents, never being able to fit into a crowd with good influence, and the whole Itrapped fiasco honestly speaks for itself.

So Chance meeting and eventually falling in love with Elliot would finally give him peace because he doesn’t feel like something to control or use anymore… he finally isn’t small and weak like how everyone else perceived him, rather an equal to someone like he always wanted.
