The first time was out of respect and a little bit like ‘damn yeah that was fun’, but the second time was 'more fondly’ and so much deeper like there weren’t really adequate words to verbalize it so he just goes 'THE Woman’ with all the fondness that emotionally repressed idiot can muster!” And yeah, clearly I need more sleep, but these two broke me. And “MORE fondly” indicates that the salute was also embedded with fondness, coated with excitement and respect… but he felt the need to say “The Woman” more fondly, as if that playfulness and power-switching feeling they had for each other had disintegrated at his memory of her, had broken apart. Because the intrigue and excitement was a mask of playfulness to hide the real emotion they have for each other.

But he is overwhelmed with his own emotions and fondness over her that he let Mister Sherlock Holmes, the man who respects Mistress Irene Adler, shred his skin and let Sherlock, the man who likes Irene, out.

Here, he is vulnerable. He is not a soldier in a battlefield saluting his opponent on the other side of the war. He took his armour off. Here, we are shown the rawest of his emotions. Now, he is a man who fell in love with a woman—the woman.

Honestly, being an (irl) extrovert is the absolute most painful personality type to have. I can ONLY feel happy and safe and okay if I'm at a big event like a con.

As an extrovert and autophobe, ye haw does it feel bad to not have any friends to have a birthday party with. My birthday is on Sunday and big sad, bro.

For me, it's not about the getting older thing, it's the not having friends or family thing.

In a total dream situation, I'd have like 50 friends, rent a hall with a dj and be the center of attention. (oh and my dad can come back from the dead any time he's ready! lol)

Do you ever have one of those days where you feel like you’re annoying everyone - online and in person alike - and people are, at best, tolerating you? That’s me even more than usual today.

I try to be supportive and helpful and giving with my time and energy and people are happy to take that, but then when I want or need people’s time or energy it’s just 😬 and weird excuses or ignoring me until after. It’s getting to me today.

I remember visiting the extrovert tag once and it was just introvert posting about how we are all annoying and should shut up and like...

You know we aren't all the popular girl or boy at your high school?

I've been told all my life that I am too loud or talk too much. You think that people who does that are always confident and it's ok to be shitty to them?

And you all talk like you should be kind to other until you revert back to an annoyed kid who think that people you dislike can't possibly have their own issues.

Don't worry, in this day and age, liking to talk is badly seen anyway. We do feel annoyint and like nobody care about what we have to say.

Grow up. It's time to see that we aren't in high school anymore. I shouldn't have to say that on something like this but extroverts have issues too and the world don't "favor" us.
