Do you ever have one of those days where you feel like you’re annoying everyone - online and in person alike - and people are, at best, tolerating you? That’s me even more than usual today.

I try to be supportive and helpful and giving with my time and energy and people are happy to take that, but then when I want or need people’s time or energy it’s just 😬 and weird excuses or ignoring me until after. It’s getting to me today.

(This brought to you by the half dozen times yesterday that no one noticed when I just faded out a story after realizing no one was listening.)

I’ve been having a time of it lately but hopefully my medical woes are finally easing up 🤞🤞🤞(and I can write more reliably - I’m still working on my fic I promise!).

This week I got a delightful treat, courtesy of the wonderful @avaetin ! I was lucky enough to get three of their keychains and they’re completely adorable. Thank you again!! 🖤

Sorry for disappearing on the few of you who follow - it’s been a really rough time. I found out my hearing loss has become so severe I’m going to max out the receivers in my devices soon. Then with multiple hospital adventures.

First I got hit by one of those motorized scooters zipping around pedestrians on the sidewalk. PSA- deaf and hard of hearing people exist and we can’t always hear those little bells on bikes or scooters.

Then for an on-going cardio pulmonary thing that is actually quite scary and could evidently turn life-threatening at any moment. Which is great for stress levels!

I’m still chipping away at my writing, it’s just slow going and difficult right now.
