at 41:30 during the Italian Girls interlude before American Girls, H suddenly picks up a big rainbow fan đȘđłïžâđ which he's brought for himself! đ„č (he had learned how to clack at the prior show!)
and he looks focussed/determined as hell while he carefully unfolds his fan..
..and then he starts clacking along to the beat in the direction of the fans..
..and then spins around himself once and clacks towards his band:

H then puts the fan down to sing the "put a bell on your bicycle" part (but he doesn't sing those words, i don't know what he sang)
and a minute later, at 42:54, he picks up his very own rainbow fan đȘđłïžâđ again and dances with it:
he only dances around with it while it's folded, though, and swings it into the direction of the audience:
..and then he starts clacking đȘđłïžâđ
..and he looks SO happy during it..
..and right before he puts the fan back down:
Then, at 52:35, during Keep Driving, a tiny bear 𧞠is thrown at him and he once again proves his great eye-hand-coordination and catches it in one of his giant hands:
..he walks around with the tiny bear in hand for a good portion of the song..
..and then puts the bear right in front of the lens of one of the cameras:
Sadly, there is no đłïžâđđłïžââ§ïž pride flag run during TPWK. đ (1:04:33), but he picks up a Brazil flag with his foot at one point and lays it on one of the instruments.
As far as I saw in the video, he wasn't thrown a pride flag during TPWK at all (but only judging from a single video is always a limited perspective).
Then, at 1:19:55, after his speech introducing Carla's Song and while the intro plays, he chugs some water..
..and then grabs his (very own) big rainbow fan đȘđłïžâđ again đ„č
and he shows it off and then clacks it twice to the beat of the intro..
..and then swiftly puts it down, makes the funniest face ever and zooms back to his mic đ€Ł
thank you to this lovely anon for notifying me that I missed a moment in which H was thrown a Bi Pride flag at the very end of the show.
at 1:55:03, he first picks up a Brazilian flag that had been thrown onto his catwalk..
and after he's run with it for a few seconds, he abruptly stops, turns around and runs back, because he had spotted a Bi Pride flag while running..
..and he runs back to pick it up..
..and waves both flags up high..
..and then puts both flags over his microphone stand:
