Now for some stats:
I started the year at 230 and ended at 175. That's 55lbs down!
I completed 316 pilates workouts. That's 86.3% of days this year!
I started walking in place at my desk while I worked or watched TV. I walked 398.7 miles this year!
This was a very successful year in terms of fitness, mental health and personal growth. I am extremely excited for what 2025 will bring because I know I'm gonna crush it with both hands. Nothing can stop me!
