Because in the moment of it all. You begin to forget about what makes you happy, and what makes you sad. You forget about the fear in your stomach and the pain in your heart, and the noise of crisis begins the fade. Surroundings become distorted, then all you can feel is the tingling in your finger tips, starting to slip away.. then your emotionally shut down. Your awareness becomes deluded, and your head begins to float. Because in the moment of it all, your not really here. Your gone, to a place where you don’t have to manage any feelings because you forget what they are. You forget what reality is. And you no longer exist in this crisis that’s unfolding around you.
