First of all, I want to make it clear that I'm not saying this to elicit pity, and for me, everything said below is said in a completely neutral manner.

I have difficulty accepting compliments in general, but especially those that imply I know how to perform an interpersonal role appropriately.

I don't think I'm an interesting person to talk to, or anything interesting in general, nor a good friend, family member, or girlfriend. I don't think that makes me a bad whatever by default, just plain average.

Not only that, but also using only the tma/tme framing to decide which side is “more” oppressed (surprise, both are), is completely flawed. It’s completely ignoring the existence of POC and disabilities. Or are they trying to say that a white, able bodied tma is more oppressed than a POC, disabled tme just because they’re tme?

The fact that their whole system falls under just that question just makes clear that they didn’t even THINK about POC or disabled people or any other type of oppression that can intersect with being trans. Tma/tme framing is just a framing that, besides not working, only takes into account white, able bodied people which says A LOT about what type of person uses this type of language.
