Well, this was a surprise. To see this random stranger (of course she wouldn’t recognize David from her limited view of him on the internet) standing between her and her assailant.

Which happened to be a very non-human lizard…dino…thing. She really wasn’t sure what gagighandi were supposed to be classified as.

Just that they could apparently very slowly turn someone into stone. As she’d just found out first-hand; the hand on her hilt was now stuck there, and she could see her feather-tips hardening and turning grey.

“Back off, kid! Do you want to be a statue?” she snapped, trying to go around him. “Let me handle this!”
