For anyone who finds themselves getting overwhelmed, to the point where you cannot move and your thoughts are extremely loud, I want you to know that you're not alone.
When you're stuck in that state of mind it can be unbelievably scary, and it's always okay to take a moment, and recollect yourself.
Remember to focus on your breath, and try not to let your brain spiral into negative thoughts. You're going to be okay, and it's completely alright to be overwhelmed from time to time, the world can be very, very stressful.
Please don't ever feel guilty for taking time to recharge.
