Almost done with the #RealGrade #Exia #ExtraFinish version. All I have left are the decals and some paint retouching to hide those unsightly nub marks. It should be mentioned that the layer of paint makes the parts thicker, making the joints pretty stiff. However I like that because, in my experience with handling the #RG Exia previously, I found that the strength of the joints tend to wear out. I really like this finish and plan to mimic this on other kits. #Gunpla #Gundam #Gundam00

True story - I busted my head open years ago and was rushed to the ER. There was one other woman sitting there with no discernible injury (I’m not saying she wasn’t injured, just that I couldn’t see) and as the nurses are rushing me in with my head profusely bleeding, you hear the woman say “I was here first, but sure, take her” and one of the nurses snapped back “Head injuries take priority!”

I got rushed straight through a very busy A&E once with a suspected ruptured appendix (fortunately it hadn’t ruptured but it did need taking out) and the looks I got from people who had been waiting hours were vile. I was a child and because I wasn’t showing trauma signs they all go mad. It’s crazy.

I've built the #RealGrade #Exia before and I knew that the nubs that were present on the torso were hidden fairly well, so when it came to building the #ExtraFinish version, I knew nubs wouldn't be too much of a problem. I am planning to put on the decals and the green parts for the very end because, I have not decided if I would want to save them for another #RG Exia that I will paint an Extra Finish onto.
