sorry ive been so absent but a lot has been going on. the more important news is that my girlfriend and I are going to be mom. im carrying our first child, im 12 weeks pregnant and morning sickness has been kicking my ass. i started my pregnancy at 151.8 ad im current 154.8!

Breaking trust really is a dangerous thing. It's like a broken bone that never quite heals completely, just waiting for that next "whack" to snap it into again. It's like adding the ghost of a third (or fourth, or fifth) entity to your relationship. Even if they are not there....they are there...
Everyone's journey is different. Our losses, our goals, our learning to eat differently to maintain for life, we walk down diff paths to achieve the same goal, which is a Healthier me. It's hard at times not to compare our self with others, but do yourself a favor and don't. How and when our body responds in this journey is all different from each other and that should be okay. WE WILL GET THERE! We are all reaching for the same goal so, instead of allowing jealousy to seep in comparing yourself, Rejoice with others on their success, encourage your followers .
