I love getting sp0 from real life. Today the morbidly obese girl in my class said that she forgot to put deodorant on her back?? I can’t be fat because that sounds difficult and I don’t want to do that ever. Also I’m not just being a dick when I call her morbidly obese, she had to get a special desk because she is too big to sit in a normal one. I’m a 32 waist and I’ve got almost a foot between myself in the attached chair and the desk for comparison.

1. work out daily to maintain muscles
2. watch what you eat & fill your diet with nutritious foods

5. eat lots of protein
6. work out with what time you have. if you only have 10 minutes, do it for 10 minutes.

8. do your best
9. lots and lots of water (adriana drinks one gallon of water per day)

Even though I have an ED, I do not bitch about what others eat cuz damn, I'd hate it if they developed one because I couldn't keep my mouth shut.
Some of you all with eds really need to keep your damn mouth shut with what others eat cuz it's not okay to shame people for what they eat and how much they eat
