Last night, I dreamt that I tripped and I woke up on the floor. .. I for real fell out the bed and I hit my arm somehow. My arm was bleeding and there are 2 large bruises. I also hit my tooth on something and it cut my lip. I might have to sleep on the floor tonight

EDIT: turns out I hit my knee too because that hurts now too

Anyways I had a very eventful weekend (may 24th - may 26th), and I'm still recovering. I got home on the 26th at like 11pmish and noticed a rash on my face at midnight. The rash has slowly been clearing up, and it's almost gone today.

I've been very very fatigued and my brain has been cloudy. ( I also had a weird shaped rash on my right hand like a week prior)

My joints hurt often and I have issues with migraines but I've had a nonstop headache and auras ever since. Can someone please help me figure this out? I have other symptoms but if no one wants to hear it I won't look
