“Your sister,” Wilson repeats as he watches you converse quietly with Cuddy.
“You have a sister,” Wilson declares.
“She doesn’t look a thing like you,” Wilson says.
“Are you calling my sister ugly, Wilson?” House sasses.
But Wilson just rolls his eyes as you break your conversation with Lisa, slowly making your way over to the two of them as a smile graces your cheeks.
“And here’s the ugly one now!” House shouts as he holds his arm out for you, draping it around your shoulders as you wrap your warm around his back.
“Only because I look just like you, big brother,” you snap, smiling up at him as Wilson’s eyebrows hike up on his forehead.
“Wilson. My sister, Y/N,” House introduces.
“This is the roommate?” you point before reaching out and shaking his hand.
“Thought you said he was gay,” you murmur towards House.
“Wait, what?” Wilson asks.
“No, I said I thought he was gay,” House says as you cock your hip out.

You couldn’t hold back the grin on your face quite as well as your brother could during jokes like this.
“Do you think I’m pretty?” you ask as you turn towards Wilson.
“W-wh-…uh…what?” he stammers.
“Yeah, Wilson. Do you think my sister’s pretty?” House asks as he turns his gaze onto his best friend.
“Yeah. Must be gay,” you nod as you look up playfully at your brother.
“No no no! I-I-I think you’re beautiful. Absolutely breath-taking,” Wilson blurts out.
A sly grin made its way across your face as House slowly turns his gaze back to his friend and colleague.
“Oh, stop it, Greg,” you giggle as you release your arm around his waist, stepping forward quickly to thread your arm around James’.
“Breath-taking, huh?” you ask slyly, side-glancing a blushing Wilson as he swallow thickly.
“Well, I, uh…I mean, yeah. Yes, you’re very pretty.”
“Because I look like Greg?” you ask.
“Oh no, you look nothing like House,” Wilson says.
“I mean…we are related,” House states.
“Are you hungry, Dr. Wilson?” you ask.
“James. You can call me James, if you’d like,” he says.
“James…” you lull as you smile kindly up at him.
“Then how about you treat me to lunch,” you coo as you slowly begin walking with him down the hallway.
“Well, I, uh…House?” he asks as he cranes his neck to look back at his friend, his nerves getting the best of his as House raises his hand and wiggles his fingers in a playful goodbye as a smirk crosses Greg’s cheeks.
“Or I can treat you. I don’t mind wearing the pants,” you state slyly as the two of you round the corner, a grin growing upon your face as Wilson’s shocked expression slowly morphs into one of confusion.
“It’s alright,” you say lightly as you bring your free hand over and begin to rub his arm, “I think you’re quite handsome yourself.
“You do?” Wilson asks, his attention finally turning down towards you as you smile up at him.
“Yep,” you say, popping your “p”.
