I’m not going to argue with anyone about the tattoo mic thing but I need to see a longer video or something before I believe it and even if I see a longer video I’m not as sure as everyone else seems to be that Tae’s mic and JK’s tattoo are connected and it’s one of those things we’ll probably never get answered so it’s not worth talking about to me.

Maybe Jk had an inner ear issue that was throwing off his balance that day that’s the only explanation I can think for him tripping and falling with his face perfectly in the nape of Tae’s neck two times

One more thing, the reason you’re seeing more Taekook in official content is because Hybe is struggling and they’re using them to draw people back in. They got to do that Japanese show because they’re the most popular in Japan and BH has always put them together more prominently in Japanese content.

I just saw that it’s the 6th anniversary of Tae and JK’s 2020 live which was the first time they did a live together in I don’t know how many years and I think it’s the last time they did a live together in the same room without another member.

I remember that day so clearly I won’t compare it to the Dream Premiere because it’s not close but that collective excitement was so much fun which is nice because I don’t think the live itself was that entertaining 😬. If you haven’t watched it before I would recommend it because I think it’s interesting for what’s being said and what’s not being said.

I’ve seen a few people today suggest that Jk is using Taekook and JKK to distract from having a girlfriend and I cannot emphasize enough how silly that theory is. People had this same theory when Taennie was happening and they thought Tae was using Jk as a distraction but the theory only works if a wide number of people actually think they’re gay and in a relationship with each other but when you step outside of the shipping bubble you find out very fast that the majority of people don’t think either one of them are gay and they definitely believe Taennie was real I don’t know about WK but even if they don’t believe Jk is with ❄️ they believe he likes women.

As popular as Taekook is there’s only a small percentage that believes they are or even could be queer and even smaller than that who actually think they’re together so even if you want to believe that Taekook is all fan service the only people it’s distracting is some shippers it didn’t stop the majority of people from believing in taennie and it’s not stopping anyone from believing Jk has a girlfriend now.

If you’ve been on twitter the last few years you’ve probably seen the Tomdaya and Taekook comparison videos, they’re funny and cute it’s nothing serious but something I’ve noticed is their fans/shippers treat them very similar to how Taekook get treated in that there’s constant questioning of their relationship and whether they broke up or having problems and those 2 are allegedly married or at the very least in a relationship that people have known about for a long time and they still get many posts like this.

Let me see if I understand the thought process, some of you think Tae and Jk were choosing to spend a lot of time together before the tour started and now that it has they’re choosing to spend zero time together and this is based on the fact that Jk hasn’t been seen out with Tae at any of the tour stops so far?

I keep saying what I’ve been saying, the problem isn’t them the problem is your expectations. They’re the only ones who have to constantly show you they’re close no matter how often they say and do things to show how close they are and we don’t require that of them with any other members even when they let you know that they’re not as close to those members as they are to each other you never question whether they’re friends or if they’re spending time together you just accept that there’s time you don’t see and it’s ok.

There’s been zero indication that anything is wrong with either of them we just haven’t seen them doing anything together which some of you take to mean they’re ignoring each other and I think it’s more likely they’re choosing not to share that time, and no I’m not just a Taekooker coping and making excuses I’m an adult who’s been here since 2017 so I’ve been around for a couple tours and someone can correct me if I’m not remembering but they’ve never talked or posted a lot about what they do together in their off time. I don’t know what to tell you except this tour is very long so if you’re already crashing out about a breakup when it just started maybe you should find something else to do.

I think a huge part of the problem sad tacos are having right now is they expected Taekook to get out of the military and pick up where they left off in 2023 and my question is why would you expect that when their lives are so different?

We have seen some big “moments” since they were discharged but personally I haven’t been expecting a repeat of 2023 because in my mind so much of what they allowed us to see was because they were on borrowed time. I know that’s very dramatic but when you think about the fact that they knew they were going to enlist long before we did so they had to pack their schedules knowing there could possibly be weeks when they wouldn’t be able to see each other leading up to a forced 18 month separation, so the reason they did things the way they did is because they had to and they don’t have to live that way now.

They are basically going to have the same schedule for the next year and a half maybe longer so they don’t have to treat the Japan tour stop like a couples vacation they can do their own thing and still spend a ton of time together which they obviously do just based on things they’ve said and things we’ve found out second hand and ultimately I think the problem some of you are having is since that faithful night last year when they were basically forced out of a restaurant because fans wouldn’t leave them alone they’ve been more low key and private and you all are greedy for information and validation.

I’m constantly on twitter rolling my eyes at solo fans because they do act like overprotective helicopter parents for their faves sometimes but I think I’ve reached a point where I have to wonder whether it’s all love and fun or whether a member is going out of their way to hurt or embarrass 2 members in particular?

A lot of what he does is played as fun and jokes but let’s be very honest if the tables were turned and they did to him the things he does to them the whole fandom would rise up against them and I don’t think that’s an exaggeration. I could be overreacting but this isn’t a new thought it’s something I’ve noticed for a while and I feel like he’s gotten worse but whatever they’re adults I’m sure they deal with all of this in their own way or maybe there’s nothing to deal with and they’re all fine and I’m just an overly invested fan.

I’m going to look at the positive and be excited to hear Tae talk about doing another solo album even if there’s no timeframe for when that will happen.

It’s kind of funny how there’s simultaneously better views of the concert from fan cams than from hybe and also fan cams showing how bad the planning was for that 360 stage so the audience can literally see nothing happening on stage at certain times. I know some of you are going so for your sake I hope they figure it out or that it was just a fluke and the rain caused all the problems.
