Rant about Insomnia under cut (just kinda needed to get this out)

I wouldnt wish Insomnia on my worst enemy cause like im genuinely fucking losing my mind. I wanna cry. I just want to go to sleep but for the life of me I cannot. So many nights ive spent contemplating just saying fuck it and overdosing on my meds just to get SOME relief. So many nights spent tossing and turning back and forth and back and forth just THINKING ANS THINKING AND THINKING. Its not even something funny anymore this shit is genuinely ruining my life. Its 1am and yet I feel like I could run a marathon this shit is HORRIBLE. At this point im just gonna start triggering my POTS so ill pass out and get like a few sweet seconds of rest
