I will reblog this every time.
My latest sticker is this sweet little babushka snail - a reimagining of one found on a 1960s tin toy box. It makes me sad when such fabulous images are relegated to a single piece of packaging or a small run of items, and are never seen again. It's impossible to figure out who the artist was; they likely worked for a salary at a manufacturing company and churned out marvelous drawings without ever receiving credit or praise. I want these images to live on and be enjoyed by as many people as possible.

There is something in this image that brings me a deep inner peace.
No thanks.
I deleted the app and the App Store wouldn't let me get it back even if I wanted to 👍🏻

New sticker! This design is from a 60s vintage Japanese tin toy snail's packaging. I've owned the snail toy for years but had never seen the box until I was doing some antiquing in Columbus, Ohio recently. With these redraws it always comes down to thinking what a shame it is that this wonderful design only exists on a few crumbling boxes - she deserves to live on and be enjoyed by more people. All credit to the original artist, whose name has been lost to time.

If you haven't seen this film, it is one of my favorite moody/aesthetic horror/supernatural movies.
