I’ve had this idea for Vampyr’s puppet show for ages, and I’m very grateful to put the idea to paper for the zine

Depicted is Vampyr with Strahd on puppet strings with fake cardboard Barovia and incarnations, featuring Tatyana, Marina and Ireena. The left balcony has notorious enemies (Kasimir and Ezmeralda) of Strahd while the right has those who could hold love for him (Sergei and Rahadin). Dependent on the game of course.

Forever indebted to Daily Dracula for the concept of Dracula being a time loop.

They often feel cheap and flat to me when written intentionally, but applied to this story in particular, it increases the tragedy.

Even if none of the characters are aware, that sense of dread and deja vu lingers, like glowing eyes watching them from the shadows.
