Her job holds a lot of importance to the company and its marketing but she isnt well known among her employees (other than the other mechanics and the five-stripes) despite her being a good role model and popular among the other mechanics, she isnt very well liked by the higher-ups due to her "nature". Because compared to other ENA's that sorta act as one despite each sides different emotions, Sam/Nia act as 2 seperate people just in one singular body. Its as if you put 2 siblings together in one of those big ah shirts and just watched chaos unfold, thats them but in the end they still care for each other alot.
Nia is the "paranoid" side, she doesnt take over often due to her being very shy and (obvsly) being very paranoid of others. Nia is also quite embarassed by her way of speaking, which will be either screaming, talking really fast or mumbling. Though she also paints a lot when alone as a way to relax and preventing herself from literally slowly going mad. Sam is the more confident and cocky one, shes the one that actually does the mechanic work, shes well liked among her peers though there are still plenty of people who dislike her. Despite what people first think of her she actually ISNT an asshole, she gives people the respect they deserve and doesnt usually insult people unless she thinks they deserve it (shitty pilots included). Sam also treats Nia with care and tries to help her the most she can, even being the one who introduced painting to Nia as a relaxing technique.
