This blog is my only way to express my self and write down my experiences with disordered eating. This is the only place I feel safe, and the only place where I can vent and talk about this big, but secretive part of who I am. Here, I will share my thoughts, motivations, little snippets of my daily life, thinspiration, and Ed memes. However...

Don't be fooled by the aesthetics of this blog. It doesn't make it any less triggering. Remember that I treat this blog as my diary. This is my only way to cope with these illnesses. Unfortunately, I am in a place right now in which recovery is not doable. I am not really ready for it. I've been battling with eating disorders for over a decade. This blog makes the ride smoother. Remember that recovery is a brave and valid option regardless of the severity of your illnesses. You don't need to be "sick enough" there's no such thing. You deserve better than this. Once you reach all your goal weights, these thoughts and behaviours will NOT go away.
