morning schedule 3/20/23

6:30am wake up

6:45am pack bag and change into gym clothes

6:55am brush teeth, deodorant, and put hair up

7:00am leave and take meds

7:30am arrive at school

7:45am breakfast (french toast sticks today and a glazed donut)

8:00am get astronomically blasted

8:30am go workout

20 russian twists

20 crunches

10 sprints

40 lunges with 25 pound weights 20 each leg

10 squat jumps at a 30° incline

50 wall taps

20 band star stretches

20 lateral band stretches

six inches 20 sec open and close leg

20 sec bicycles

20 sec ankle touches

9:30am change and do makeup

10:00am release to second period

time to drive for the next 20 hours straight across the country

woke up extra early this morning because my little cousin wouldn't stop playing violin right outside my door
