Exercise can help you navigate life. A lot of us need routine and a gym membership, or a yoga mat, helps with that.
Working out also helps as a way to not indulge in vices, habits (or men) you're trying to get over.
I started off with no equipment pilates on YouTube. Don't rush to sign up for a gym membership if you dont have a home routine yet, even if it's just stretching.
If you can't commit to working out, you won't succeed in life, not much anyways. Stay focus on improving your mind, body and habits.
