really shitty tutorial:

first i cut the bottom of the pant legs off, most jeans i believe dont have this type of seam on them so youll probably have to make on yourself, its just a ladder stitch between the folded edges of the seams. most people dont have a surger so you can just use a blanket stitch along the edges to prevent fraying i made a hole big enough for my thumb to go through with a seam ripper

then i used a straight stitch three times over each side of the hole to prevent further ripping

next part is not very practical because i always mess up patterns, with my thumb through i sewed the top parts between my fingers (blue dots) and got someone to help me pin the side of the glove against my hand so i could draw along where the fabric meets with chalk (pink lines)

hands kind of slope a bit where the fingers join so just be aware of that when shaping the top bit

then i did a double overlock stitch along the outside of the chalk drawing to prevent fraying and folded them over to make a seam with a gap between where the zipper would go, the i sewed in the zippers

i cut them with wire cutters and sewed a new zipper stop into the top beside the base of the pinky, i used some hand sewing and some machine sewing but you can do all this with just hand sewing too so i also dont have a surger so if you want to mimick the look you can do this stitch along the edge of the fabric:
