Its funny cuz so many of my peoples are talkin about "they arent doin anything for free anymore" LMAO... THAT IS HILARIOUS!!!! A) If you dont have a credible body of work that shows that you're worth paying for talent wise why would anyone pay for it B) If you want to show your "worth" why wouldnt you just be more selective of the features you do, limiting yourself to gifted people instead of whoring yourself out for a couple of bucks... learn from Chief Keef... all those people that got features from him that went nowhere LOWERED his value... not raised it C) Would YOU pay someone that barely had a name in the city their from and NO real presence outside of their comfort zone??? No you wouldnt... so why would you charge someone D) If your at a level where YOU have to announce your charging... then ur not really at a level TO be charging... anyone worth paying for doesnt have to "ANNOUNCE" their not doing stuff for free... they have representation for that... get ur team up and let them do the work E) Fuck YOUTUBE/WORLDSTAR!!! Just because you get a couple hundred thousand views on youtube and your video is on World Star doesnt mean your the next to blow.. Kreayshawn's "Gucci Gucci" video got over 40 Million ORGANIC views (not the guy that shot my video has "TubeThumper"), and put out one of the lowest selling release by a major artist EVER (3900 units 1st week) Im not trying to take shots at anyone or shit on anyones shine... but as soon as you start talking about "how you're charging everyone for everything" that doesnt portray a humble image of you... it makes people think u think ur better than everyone else... and it makes people want to support you less... ANNOUNCING YOUR GOING TO START CHARGING AND WHAT YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO FOR FREE HAS NEVER BEEN BENEFICIAL FOR ANYONE!!!!!
