He never really meant for this situation to get out of hand. Mistakes happen; he knows that all too well for sure. Although, well, looks like it did get out of hand anyway, and there was nothing Ikki could really do about it. Being invited by a group of fawning, irregulars at the café to have some fun with them, Ikki couldn’t just give them the simple refusal, and go on with his business- as sad as that sounds. With a soft sigh, and a kind smile the man easily agrees, to save him the burden of the occasional stress of disappointing quite a lot of people, and pleasing them for the evening.
Well, honestly, he wished he hadn’t gone that evening because it turned out to be longer than he had imagined. Presuming he’d hopefully get home at a regular time to actually have some time not swamped by responsibilities, or guilt he never asked for in the first place… That turned all upside down… Damn. This sucks.
Surely, it’s getting awfully late… Dang, he really hecked up… How does this happen. Why does he make these life choices, going to bar at such at time… To be honest, a lot of the night was just starting to blur. What did he even do tonight? Ahaha, well, don’t ask Ikki.
Head against the wooden bar, he takes out his cellphone to ring up one of his trusty workmates- Shin, who hopefully had no qualms about helping Ikki in such a time. Well, for the most part, what happened in that next thirty minutes became yet another blur… What did he do in those thirty minutes? We just don’t know. And, well he wasn’t going to question himself either.
Thankfully, It isn’t too long until he was picked up… Literally, sort of. With a hand grabbing his wrist, Ikki is suddenly pulled from the crowd that was surrounding him. He blinks at the the other male, and with slurred words, he finally replied, “… Ahh… Shin… You actually came, what a surprise…” he stumbles behind Shin, running a hand through his hair trying to recollect his thoughts, and surroundings, “You finally came… I didn’t even know if you got my message. I felt as if I may have been stuck here forever if you haven’t… … …” And with that, his sentence slowly begins to drift off into a small series of mumbles that weren't very audible to Shin's ears. Poor kid, having to deal with this.
