I'm not dead, honest! I did finally get a battery replacement for my camera, as well as a new lens... so thought I'd best get back into it!
Jedi Master Yoda, by Fumiaki Kawahata. Great model to fold, and I really like the way the tissue side of the paper kind of frayed, it makes his cloak look more organic.
The paper looks more green in person, honest! ;P
Acrobatic Elephant by Roman Diaz. This is one of those models that looks much easier than it really is! Had great fun with it though.
Singing Cardinal by Roman Diaz.
I folded this terribly, but I wanted something to test my new DSLR on. That didn't go well either! But hey, that's what Photoshop is for...
Rat, by Eric Joisel. I now love tissue foil. :D
Neko by Jo Nakashima. Cute :D
"Yellow Bird" by Satoshi Kamiya. Resisting the urge to start breeding them.
He says you can fold this out of 15cm paper. I can't fold it out of 20cm :P It's a fun model though!
Peacock 1 by Jun Maekawa. I've still never managed no 2! Last photo I've taken for a while, will probably put some more up in a week or so :)
Christmas Tree Fairy by David Brill.
Eastern Dragon by Jun Maekawa. Love this model, this is the smallest I've ever folded it!
Batman, by Ángel Morollón Guallar (4 Esquinas, issue 7). Not my best fold (or photo!), but it's Batman so he's allowed to be rough around the edges.
Peace Dove, by Román Díaz. I folded it wrong but I actually really like it this way, it sits on its tail which is kind of neat!
Oveja (sheep!) by Román Díaz, in the first issue of 4 Esquinas. Easy to fold and really cute :D
Jun Maekawa's Frog wearing Jun Maekawa's Samurai Hat! The frog's one of my favourite models, and I just wanted something to put the hat onto because hats make everything better.
León, by Nicolás Gajardo Henríquez (featured in 4Esquinas, issue 6). Probably should have used larger paper! Very tricky model.
A selection of John Montroll's T-Rexes - one made from bronze foil (which didn't photograph well), one from patterned origami paper, and one from a large post-it note.
