I don’t personally believe in the idea Steven will be corrupted, I do however personally enjoy angst.

I can’t help but think in this ‘what if’ scenario that there would be discourse once it gets out the causes of Stevens corruption. Some old habits, pointing of fingers and arguments erupting between and amongst the Crystal Gens and the Diamonds. Who stressed him the most. Who caused this. Who didn’t do or did do something or another that made this result.

Steven being Steven.. I think that’d only push him further into the corruption. He’s worked so hard to try and fix everything and to see it coming lose at the threads because of him..? Well, that’s just about enough to break a guy.
