Tyrant had been sitting in his kitchen, reading through an Algebra textbook. He had a test later this week and he didn’t want to flunk it again like last time. He groaned - none of the stuff he was reading made any sense to him. He personally didn’t see what the point of doing this in the first place was - when was he ever going to use this information? And what was the point was even going to school? His parents are mega-rich criminal masterminds - and they had supplied him with more than enough money to live alone the rest of his life without any sort of job or work!
But alas, the law required that he attend school for at last four more years. He flipped the page, continuing to read through the thing - when suddenly he stopped. He could’ve sworn he heard something outside. He put the book down, and listened closely, trying to detect any noises from the outside. Indeed, the faint rustling of bushes could be heard ever so slightly in the background.
He quickly got up out of his chair, deciding to check to see what it was. He hoped it wasn’t that werewolf again. Thing wouldn’t stop begging him for food. He crept over to his window and peeked through the blinds. What he saw only confused him more. Was that a…ghost? What was it doing in his frontyard? He hoped it wasn’t here to haunt him or something. Hesitantly, he headed over toward his front door and opened it, poking his head outside.
“C-Can I h-help you…?” he stuttered.
Finding absolutely no signs of any other Ghosts in the forest, Orson let out a hum, thinking aloud. “Hmm... No signs of any other Ghosts here. Either Spooky is excellent at hiding, or I’m just being paranoid.” He makes his way back towards the castle.
Looking up to examine it again, the pale-greenish yellow Ghost thought a bit more on it- that is, until he heard the door open, and a voice stammering. He was no stranger to someone being afraid of Ghosts, or fearful he might haunt them- and because of this, his first few words to the face he saw peeking clarified that he was friendly.
“Oh- Firstly, I’d like to start with that I don’t do the whole ‘haunting’ thing. Well, not unless it’s Halloween. Even then, it’s rare. Second, I’m on the lookout for an evil Ghost by the name of Spooky- unless this castle isn’t his, in which case, I was just being paranoid.”
