Hello, name's Jules Shawn and I personally don't like non-disordered plurals and "tulpas". After being absent from syscourse for years now, my stance of being neutral kept being challenged and honestly I don't want to do anything with them. I won't go out of my way to fakeclaim and/or harass, I just won't touch the community with a 10ft pole

Body is SEAsian, now 23 y/o, collectively use they/them, and undiagnosed OSDD-1

I like discourse, but I despised people who become ableist, antisemitic, and transphobic piece of shits just to prove the point. Civil discourse is achievable without excluding those who disagreed and/or wanted to correct your misinformation

On Sunday, I met my friend (who's formally diagnosed with Cluster B Personality Disorder and DID) and I listened to their journey to recovery. Told them my struggle about myself, how I feel so fake, how we couldn't be overt no matter how hard we tried, how we always fight each other just to get what we want, and sounds so unreal and fake from the perspective of normal people.

They then told me that they've been in my situation before, and it's because I'm still living in an unsafe environment and my brain keeps us safe by not showing much symptoms overtly. How parts fight because we're in survival mode, and overall it is a very normal thing for people with this disorder since its very nature is to be hidden from the people and the person themselves.

They're very nice. Both of us have different struggles in life, but we know we have it hard enough to the point of developing trauma disorder. Now they're working as a teacher at an international school and I couldn't have been more prouder because they're having a life that I thought is impossible with what I have.

They told me they changed doctors so much due to the negative stigma of mental illness and DID in general in our country, and they're blessed to land on a doctor that is open to help them getting diagnosed with DID and with functional multiplicity as the goal. They told me that if I want to pursue treatment, I have to be prepared to change doctors and spend enough since psychologists are expensive. It's slim to get a doctor that understands you in this economy, but never zero.

Not going to lie, their experiences and words made me want to live longer because maybe, just maybe, I can be like them with a stable job and safer life.

Maybe one day we'll talk again in a cafe somewhere, my treat this time.

Another experiment.

An anti-endo's help would be greatly appreciated for this, so if you're an anti-endo who doesn't principally view endos' existence as a threat to your validity as a System, please keep reading!

It's often said that disordered and non-disordered Systems/collectives/multiples/omadas/whatever-word-I-have-to-use-to-avoid-extra-baggage-and-include-as-many-as-possible are just so unfathomably different that it's not even useful to be interacting in the same spaces. I would like to test this hypothesis.

I want to create a Discord server of ~20+ users with just one rule (other than the usual rules to keep things civil): no discussion of origins! There are all kinds of things to talk about on a daily basis and this website's obsession with initial circumstances is quite odd.

After about a month, we'll have everyone guess each other's labels and see if there really is that much of a difference. We (Clover) of course would not be able to participate directly, only moderate. At the beginning there will be some stuff to work out regarding the many mostly-but-not-completely overlapping categories but everything should be running smoothly within a few days.

If you're an anti-endo reading this, your help in reaching that side of the ash line would be greatly appreciated, and also this is probably a chance to prove your opinion correct. Please DM me.
