The clubhouse is coming along, we will have a small store less 25% of space and we will focus gaming and hobbies. The space more gear towards using it for that.
The issues with contractors is starting to get to me, but wife and friends see how far I gotten with no help.

Clubhouse opening moved again!!
Clubhouse opening moved again!!
So, the electricians wired the arcade-room to the 3rd floor apartment and a bad job with cable run. We will not be ready be January 25th.
We also have hire and train staff to run the place during the we so we move the opening to the end of March 25th, 2020.
Sorry, everyone the renovation is taking longer because we have keep fix mistakes and this one is big one.
