I think ironically both would eventually reject the demons help without fully realizing it is their friend/enemy/lover from the future.

Hazbin Hotel AU thoughts only atm as i have too much WIP - i just want to draw their demon selves as a persona like summon :) when not so tired.
Hazbin Hotel x Persona game series. A mysterious string of murders and disappearances is all the talk in New Orleans – even amongst the most troubled of youths.
A mysterious frequency is said to send those foolish enough to tune in, but those able to push through all the trials are said to gain their greatest desire.
Alastor only wants one thing; he wants to have the power to bring back his mother – and he will destroy the very order of the world if he has too.
Rosie – takes the place as Igor, she resides in the Limbo, Alastor awakens to his true self with her assistance. The velvet room is a rose filled greenhouse in this AU.
Those who have awoken to their true selves while living is of great interest to her, most humans get devoured by their other selves, succumbing to madness and suicidal tendencies.
Initial party set up lol - i'm sure Nifty and Husk would be the preferred party members of Alastor.
Alastor – Mudo/Dark heavy hitter, has high magic ability and is good for debuffing. Weak against Light magic. Can cause fear.
Husk - Garu /Wind. Weak against zio.
Nifty - Fire/ Aglio. Weak against ice
The Vee's
Vincent – Zio/ Lightening / Strike/ Snap and has high technical damage. Weak against Garu/ Wind. Has brainwash as a skill outside of his elemental and attack range.
Velvette – Support/ Healer. Weak against psychic and gravity attacks
Valentino - Snap/ puncture and increases likely hood of status ailments.
Hell is like Mementos/Dungeons/ Tartarus – Called ‘Inferno’ with the 7 rings acting as the dungeons/floors with the ‘boss’ being the ruler of that applicable ring.
Bonus dungeon depending if they succeed in the ‘Pride’ rings they can continue climbing though the heavenly spheres till they reach ‘Paradiso’ .
