That is so sweet of you to say! Thank you so much! I apologize for the long, unexplained hiatus. I probably should have posted something sooner, however I have been rather busy. The truth is that I have taken part in an eleven month long exchange program, which began last year. Between culture shock, host families, and learning a new language, I just didn't have time to come up with new OTP texts, nor (as bad as it makes me feel) respond to any of your requests. I will be back, and situated in my home country this August, and once I am, I will DEFINITELY come back to OTP texts! Thank you so much to all of you who stuck around, I hope to see you all again once I reboot this blog! I'm so sorry I didn't explain this sooner!!!

Aight so it has come to my attention that someone thought that another FT texts blog, otptexts, stole one of my posts and I just wanted to say two things.

One: otptexts definitely did NOT steal anything from me, and it just so happens that the post in question was around before I even made this...

I should probably just ignore this, but since this was added to the original post, I feel I can’t keep quiet. I’m not aware how many people have seen this, but I would like everyone to know that I am INDEED the original creator of the all of my text posts. If you want proof, please note that the post in question debuted on OTP texts in August 2014 and FairyTexts was not created until September that same year. Also, I’ve searched FairyTexts entirely TWICE, and I did not see any post that vaguely resembled mine (aside from the fact that we both have Gajeel saved as ‘Gajeel-kun’ in Juvia’s phone, but considering that that nickname is canon in the anime, I don’t see how that qualifies as plagiarism)

If anyone else has any suspicion that OTP texts has stolen from anyone else, I encourage you to message me FIRST so that I have a chance to defend myself before being accused of something that isn't true. Once something is put on the internet, it never goes away, and no matter how many times I dispute this lie, I guarantee that at least one person has seen it and believes it, and because of that, I can NEVER fully replenish this blog’s reputation.

I have messaged both FairyTexts and the accuser, and am still waiting for a response from either party. I encourage you all to visit FairyTexts, as it is a great blog, and even though I have removed the name of the accuser and the post it can be found on, if you know who it was, please refrain from messaging them on the issue. This could all just be a complete misunderstanding, and I don’t want to hurt anyone’s reputation like they have tried to hurt mine.

If you have already seen the accusation from above, I hope this helps convince you of my innocence, and if you have not, please ignore it and continue to enjoy OTP texts! We will begin posting regularly again soon, and we apologize for the long wait. Happy blogging!
