Any breed headcanons for dragons?
I’ll just try to come up with one for each breed, lets go!(alphabetical or else I’ll forget one)
Banescale: They walk like birds with a little bob in their step. Long neck means that they also move their neck when walking
Bogsneak: Makes a terrible sound when snapping their jaws like a crocodile. They also have the strong jaw of one
Coatl: Tropical bird dances and gifts to attract mates whether coatl or not. Makes themselves and their hoard look as colorful as they can to impress
Fae: Eats bugs out of bigger clan member’s scales and manes. Gotta keep clean but it sometimes is awkward
Gaoler: Hatchlings get emotional when they lose their first pair of antlers. It’s a big stepping stone
Guardian: Their beards act like feelers and help finding items at the bottom of water areas
Imperial: Bad wing feeling. They feel rough and bumpy, not something you want to run your hand over
Mirror: Has so much energy that they sometimes just have to go run for seemingly no reason.Very good at quick dashes
Nocturne: They have three toes on their back feet, I will not let the art tell me otherwise. How do they perch!
Pearlcatcher: Runs on their back legs occasionally so that they can hold their pearls. They can be quadrupedal as well tho
Ridgeback: Surprisingly good at gliding. They keep close to the ground and use updrafts to keep going
Skydancer: Loud. They can and will scream at you. Guttural and sounds like a seagull
Snapper: Also a strong jaw like Bogsneaks but they sound like a shoebill when snapping. Likes gourds because they break them open with their jaws
Spiral: Hatchlings get tangled up with each other when playing. Their parents have to help untangle them
Tundra: They take a fondness in writing due to their memory. Attaching scented items to the page to help remember.
Wildclaw: Chirp when happy. They will get fluffy as well to show that they are comfortable
