The man dreams of a perfect woman and the woman dreams of a perfect man and they don’t know that Allaah created them to perfect one another.
*Half Way through Ramadan*
*Half Way through Ramadan* Ibn al-Jawzi said: _"When the race horse knows that it is nearing the end of the track it exerts all of its effort to win the race. Do not allow the race horse to be more clever than you. For verily, deeds are judged by their conclusions. So if you didn't do well with welcoming Ramadan then perhaps you will do better bidding it farewell."_ Ibn Taymiyyah said: _"The lesson lies in perfection of the conclusion of a thing, not in the shortcomings of the beginning of it."_ Hasan al-Basri said: _“Improve your performance in what is left (of time) and you will be forgiven for that which has already passed. So take special care of the time you have left because you do not know when your soul will be turned over to Allah’s Mercy.”_
The Beautiful Humble Dua of Abu Bakr -RadhiAllaahu anhu
The Beautiful Humble Dua of Abu Bakr -RadhiAllaahu anhu- the Best of Creation after the Prophets Shaykh Albaani said after an announcer praised him: 'I thank the brother, teacher Ibraheem for his statements and his praise, there is nothing that I can say in return except by following the first Khalifa Abu Bakr as-Siddeeq -RadhiAllaahu anhu- who was truly a Khalifa and the first of them for the Messenger of Allaah -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam - but even though he was the Khalifa when he would hear a person praising him with goodness - and I believe that praise, no matter how excessive that person was in giving it, as long as it was for the Khalifa of the Messenger of Allaah, then he deserved it -- but along with that -Allaah ul-Musta'aan (Allaah's help is required) [here the Shaykh begins to shed tears] along with that Abu Bakr used to say: اللهم لا تؤاخذني بما يقولون، O Allaah do not take me to task with what they say, واجعلني خيرًا مما يظنون، and make me better than what they presume واغفر لي ما لا يعلمون، and forgive me for what they do not know.' This is what as-Siddeeq al-Akbar said, so what can we say after him? So I say - following him: اللهم لا تؤاخذني بما يقولون، واجعلني خيرًا مما يظنون، واغفر لي ما لا يعلمون، O Allaah do not take me to task with what they say, and make me better than what they presume and forgive me for what they do not know. [The Shaykh cries trying to utter this statement] The truth is - and I say the truth - I am not as was described previously, by what you heard from our respected brother Ibraheem, indeed I am only a student of knowledge, nothing else. It is upon every student of knowledge to be with the statement of the Prophet -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam: (بلغوا عني ولو آية، بلغوا عني ولو آية، وحدثوا عن بني إسرائيل ولا حرج، ومن كذب عليّ متعمدًا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار) 'Convey from me, even if it is only one Ayaah, convey from me, even if it is only one Ayaah. There is no problem of narrating from Bani Israel. Whoever intentionally lies against me then he should take his seat in Hell fire.' Collected by Bukhari from the Hadeeth of Abdullaah bin Amr.' Verse 30:19: ﴾يُخْرِجُ الْحَىَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَيُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَىِّ﴿ ✒️Translation: He brings the living out of the dead, and He brings the dead out of the living. ✒️Commentary: This is what we see of His power to create things and their opposites… •Thus He creates the plant from the seed and the seed from the plant. •He creates the egg from the chicken and the chicken from the egg. •He creates man from sperm and sperm from man. •He creates the believer from the disbelievers and the disbeliever from the believers. When you meet someone for the first time but it feels like you’ve known them forever. SubhanAllah at how Allah makes the hearts of the believers familiar with one another.
Advice from Abu Ad-Dardaā. Abu Ad-Dardaā may Allāh be pleased with him used to say, "I seek refuge in Allāh the separation of the heart. It was asked, ' and what is the separation of the heart?' He replīed, that wealth is placed for me in every valley. We witness this with those whom Allah the Exalted has tried with wealth in Riyaadh, in the north, in the South, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabīa and outside of it. Allāh has tried them with separation of the heart. Wealth wants its portion of the heart -- it wants to be sought so Abu Ad-Dardaā said: أ عوذ بالله من تفر قة القلب "I seek refuge in Allāh from the separation of the heart" because the hearth fluctuates. It is not possible for the heart to unite upon the remembrance and obedience of Allāh while a portion of it is in every valley (wherever one's wealth is) When it was asked: What is the separation of the heart?" He responded, "That wealth is placed for me in every valley." this was his advice for the Ummah. One content with what he has be given from worldly matters is one whose wealth is close to him, not the one who gives himself free rein to chase wealth. We have seen many whose hearts are united upon worship, find enjoyment in it and cultivating theit families and children, but when wealth is placed in every valley for them their hearts separate and they are no longer enjoying life. So seek refuge in Allah from the separation of the hearts as Abu Ad-Dardaā did: may Allāh be pleased with him. It is narrated from Aun ibn Abdullāh the well-known taabī'ee More will follow..
Fudāyl ibn 'iyad said "O miserable one! You are jahīl yet you see yourself as a scholār. - سير أعلام النبلاء ٨\٠٤٤
When you leave something for the sake of Allāh, He will grant you it with something better.
HEADACHE: - Headache is a means of forgiveness and reward.
HEADACHE: - Headache is a means of forgiveness and reward. Abu Said al-Khudri (Radiy'Allahu'anhu) that the Prophet (Sallahu'alayhi'wa'salam) said: صُداعُ المؤمنِ ، أو شوكةٌ يُشاكُها ، أو شيءٌ يُؤذيه ؛ يرفعُه اللهُ بها يومً القيامةٍ درجةً ، ويُكفِّرُ عنه بها ذنوبَه “The headache that afflicts the believer, or a thorn that pricks him/her, or anything that harms him/her, Allah will raise him/her a degree on the day of resurrection and expiate his/her sins due to it” [Saheeh Targheeb no. 3434] Also, not having headaches is a bad sign because the people destined to go to the Hell-fire do not have headaches: Abu Hurairah (Radiy'Allahu'anhu) said: The Prophet (Sallahu'alayhi'wa'salam) said: : فَهل وجَدْتَ هذا الصُّدَاعَ ؟ . The man said: What is a headache? He (Sallau'alayhi'wa'salam) said: A vein that beats in the head of a person. The man said: No I have not experienced that ever! The Prophet (Sallahu'alahyhi'wa'salam) said: Whoever would like to see a man from the people of the Hell-fire, then look at this man!” [Reported in Ibn Hibban and graded Hasan Saheeh by al-Albani in Saheeh Mawaarid no. 580] Having headaches are a sign of the People of Imaan and the People of Jannah. Hafidh Ibn Rajab (Rahimahullah) said: وصداع الرأس من علامات أهل الإيمان وأهل الجنة “…And headaches are from the signs of the People of Imaan and the People of Jannah..” [Lataaif al-Maa’rif pg. 153] Then he brings the above Hadith and others. On the authority of Abu Zayyaat al-Qushairi (Rahimahullah) said: “We entered upon Abu Darda (Radiy'Allahu'anhu) to visit him, when a Bedouin entered upon him. So he said: Where is your Ameer? And Abu Darda was the ameer then. So we said: He is complaining of some pain. The man said: I have not complained of anything or he said: I did not experience a headache ever! Abu Darda (Radiy'Allahu'anhu said: Remove him from me, so he dies from his sins. I do not love that for every pain/sickness that I feel that I am given red camels. For verily, the pain/illness of a believer is an expiation for his sins” [Reported by Bayhaqi in Shuab al-Imaan no. 9436 and the Muhaqiq of the Book Mukhtaar Ahmad Nadwi graded it Jayyid]
And if Allāh touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good, then He is Able to do all things.
