I think it’s kind of interesting that Shuichi imagined these moments happening between Kaito and Kokichi despite having no basis or proof that they'd actually happened.  He just assumes that Kokichi laid a comforting hand on Kaito’s shoulder; after they were poisoned, he just assumes that Kaito supported Kokichi when the poison had taken its toll on his body. 

Even though Shuichi still tried to frame the situation as Kokichi blackmailing Kaito, it seemed he still thought that they'd cared for each other enough to comfort / help each other out.

kaito momota is the funniest guy to me because you have a nerd (an astronaut, the nerdiest of nerds on top of it all) stuck in the body of a jock who is ALSO super into sports and fitness and whatnot. he's also into PLANTS so i'm guessing he has a bajillion little flowerpots everywhere. he also acts like he has the craziest case of adhd ever. and he likes being degraded and is fine with his classmates thinking he'd wear women's lingerie/underwear. this guy claims to be the epitome of masculinity and says a transphobic (? slur in the japanese version of the game. his ideal partner sounds like the GUY HE HATES and also he helped the guy he hates kill himself. and is the only person that ever saw him being fully sincere.

also he has a stupid goatee because of course he does

My favorite danganronpa character being in v3 is so annoying. Like if it was the thh you can just watch the mostly accurate anime adaptation. If it was the sdr2 then there's another anime that doesn't have the game's plot but it has the characters and general themes.
