Kojo OPPONG-NKRUMAH is a highly respected ace broadcaster and entrepreneur in Ghana. Although starting off as a treasury analyst at British America Tobacco in 2006, Kojo's passion for broadcasting propelled him to take up a job at one of Ghana's biggest radio station, Joy FM in 2006. He is widely known for hosting Joy FM's flagship programs including the Super Morning Show and News File. He in 2012 hosted the Presidential and Vice Presidential debates ahead of Ghana's general election as well as serving as a resource persons for many corporate organizations including Standard Chartered Bank Ghana, Barclays Bank Ghana and TIGO Ghana.

Diana Nana Somuah Adu-Gyimah is an undergraduate at University of Calgary Canada studying communication studies. Last year she started a charity organization called Give them hope foundation. Lettres du Voyant is a documentary-fiction about spiritism and technology in contemporary Ghana, which attempts to uncover a mysterious practice called “Sakawa” - internet scams mixed with voodoo magic. Tracing back the scammers’ stories to the times of Ghanaian independence, the film proposes Sakawa as a form of anti-neocolonial resistance.

The film takes the form of a voyage through a network of digitised mine shafts that lead the viewer to each of the film’s locations; a gold mine, an e-waste dump, a voodoo ritual or a discotheque. A character recounts a story through reading a series of letters that he has written to the film’s author - letters that speak about the colonial history of Ghana, of gold, of technology.
