It’s okay to get tired, but please never give up. you can rest; you can pause, but you don’t stop. and you don’t quit. Nakakapagod ano? pero sulit naman siguro ‘to sa huli. para sa pangarap mo. para sa pangarap natin. Failing grades are obstacles to hurdle, not walls to make us stop. Expectations are hard to meet, but they are set not as impossible dead-ends that will stop us, but as finish lines that we have to cross. Nothing worth having comes easy. Always remind this to yourself when you are having a hard time. Med school is tough, but you are tougher. Troubling times, I know. That’s why you are studing PT: to bring light to the darkest days and to add days to life. Whenever you are thinking of giving up; remember why you have held on for so long. you could have chosen to sleep for longer hours, but you stayed up late and woke up early for your goals. I think that is admirable. Somewhere, someone is celebrating their own success. Someday, that someone will be you. :-)

Happy new year! I hope this year would be a year that’s full of blessings. surprises, good people, excellence in academics, and adventures. I also hope that I could always keep myself calm and easy whenever stress is out there or whenever someone is trying to provoke me.
2016 is kinda tough for me. but there are some things im thankful for 2016. 2016 taught me that I should keep myself away from toxic people. that’s why I lose some friend. There’s no regrets and I’m thankful for that. 2016 taught me how to remain calm. 2016 gave me friends that are worth the keeps and friends that are always there through good times and bad times. 2016 taught me that loving yourself and being happy all by yourself is the most important. that you shouldn’t really depend your happiness on someone.
Thank you, 2016 for all the challenges, tears, disappointments, fear and happiness..
In love, we often come to the point of believing that we have met the perfect one for us. Everything about them we come to love. We build hopes and dreams with them upon the belief that we'll stay forever with them. But love doesn't come easy. There are odds to be beaten and we fail to beat those odds, it's the relationship that fails not the love that is why we say goodbye. And even if it is absolutely shattering to part ways with the person we love we pretend to be okay.

Wala ka bang ideya o sadyang manhid ka lang? para hindi mo maramdaman ang gustong iparating ng isinagot ko saiyo..
O baka tanga ka lang kaya hindi mo ramdam na inihalintulad kita sa isang panahon.. Dahil mas malamig pa dyan ang pinaramdam mo sakin..
Ano bang ginawa mo sa akin? Sa puso ko? Anlamig.. Ang tigas... parang yelo... Wala na akong maramdaman....

Tuwing tinatanong ako nang “kamusta na kayo?” Habang wala ka pa, habang hindi mo pa nakikita at hindi nadidinig patuloy akong sasagot sa kanila. “hihintayin ko siya.”
