Okay I need to address a problem I have with Lance stans. I mean I have plenty of problems with them, but one in particular is how they just seem to steal the best personality traits from other Paladins rather than appreciating him as his own character.
Lance has such natural leadership qualities!
Shiro is the one who got the Black Lion.
Lance is always saving the day!
It’s a team effort, but if we’re playing that game then the numbers seem to come up Pidge.
Lance has such a tragic and sad inner self!
Keith literally grew up an orphan that nobody believed in till he met Shiro, but go off.
Lance is such a warm and supportive person!
Hunk hugs everyone and cooks delicious food for them.
And don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty about Lance to love. He’s funny, cocky but also insecure, has a family he clearly loves, and he’s a romantic. But whenever the fandom talks about Lance, I just can’t help thinking “oh, did you mean the other Paladin?”
I knew I’d catch some grief from Lance stans on this post, but I didn’t think they’d be so immature about it. “I think I’m catching stupidity from you”? Really? The first part of your username is outeridiot.
