Yo Chocolate Milk is really good. If you hate charging items in Isaac then I honestly feel sorry for you. Soy Milk has the ability to ruin a lot of builds, while chocolate milk almost always helps a run.

I like to hold the arrows and let the tears fly and charge items fuck with that. it's not a game breaker for me but it's a personal preference
