While this can be seen as a positive, it will restrict access to resources to those who are genuinely struggling, which would cause a uproar of ignorance towards mental health, and skyrocket suicide rates!

Although not sure per se what EXACT trope I'd fall into but probably something ajacent to someone kind of rotting away in their room mostly, and then something unexpected happens where the one time I need to go out for groceries, in turn I end up meeting the slow burn love interest
